About Us
- ALTPRO d.o.o. was established in 1994, and our engineers and technicians have many years of experience in production and testing of electric locomotives, electromotive trains, railway equipment and safety signalling systems for rolling stock and infrastructure.
- In the last 16 years, production of more than 600 different devices, products and systems was adopted on the basis of our own development. The main products have been developed according to IEC, UIC and CENELEC standards and norms, and tested by the leading certifying independent (third party) bodies.
- The company is permanently involved in many new complex development projects trying to satisfy customer requirements and technical specifications.
- Our business guidance is our own development, production and service of safety signaling systems for railway rolling stock and infrastructure.
- Our products and systems are used in more than 40 countries all around the world on all the continents.
- The company has very strong business relationships with the most important multinational companies in railway signaling business, and since 06/2004 ALTPRO d.o.o. is a full member of UNIFE (the Association of the European Rail Industry). In UNIFE ALTPRO is a member of two expert working groups (Signalling and EMC).
